Step 1
On-Site Estimate & Consultation
One of our experienced team members will visit your home to discuss design ideas and layout options. We'll take measurements and provide you with our paver catalog. This is a great opportunity to ask the estimator any questions. Once the consultation is complete, we will return to our office to prepare your estimate.Step 2
Receive Estimate
One of our top priorities is providing you with a paver installation estimate within 24 hours or less. We understand that waiting days, or even weeks, for an estimate can be frustrating. That's why we break down each part of the project, offering an option base approach. This allows you to fully understand the scope of the project and gives you the flexibility to plan and budget for future steps.Step 3
Schedule the Project
Once you've thoroughly reviewed the estimate and are ready all we need is simply give us the go-ahead along with a $100 deposit on the proposal. We'll be thrilled to move forward with the project, and start this stage. Your project is now placed on the job board with a tentative install date. Please note that we can't provide exact date due to unpredictable nature of our daily operations. However, we will keep you informed as we work through those challenges like weather.Step 4
Selection of Materials and information
In this stage, we will go over the selection of materials to ensure you like the colors for the project, all the features you want are included, and we can set up a delivery date. We recommend visiting our vendors showroom or we can give samples if there are any questions.Step 5
FINALIZE CONTRACT job duties & Materials arrive
Now that the materials and features for your project are finalized we are ready to set up a deliver of the materials. That this point we will be about 2 weeks out from when the crew, equipment, and materials arrive. A deposit will be collected from you, in the amount stated on the contract. We accept all forms of payment including major credit cards.Step 6
JOB DUTIES & MATERIALS ARRIVE
Leading up to the day we begin your project, our team will spray paint the layout of the project and make sure of any digging hazards such as electric or water. The materials will be arriving soon and discussed placement of them.Step 7
START PROJECT
Our typical workday runs 730am arriving on the job site to 330pm. The times may vary arriving earlier or leaving later depending on the distance from our shop or the project's progress. The crew will take a lunch break mid-day and will clean up as well as organize the equipment/tools on the property at the end of the day. Every project we have a staging area where equipment like the mini excavator is usually kept throughout the project.Step 8
CHECK-INS
During the project, our owner of the company will regularly check in with the crew to ensure everything is running smoothly. Our head foreman on the job will keep you updated on the projects process. For any concerns or questions, it's best to reach our owner so we can complete the project in the vision you desire. The best time to do this is while the work is in progress, as its easier to make adjustments.Step 9
finalize project
Once the project is complete and your property is cleaned up, we'll do a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. We want to make sure you have a great experience. At the end of this time we will collect the final payment for the project.Step 10
